QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA, Iowa Teacher's Certification are required
- Previous 5-8 teaching experience is preferred, but not required
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Demonstrate the ability to enhance academic performance and support for and implementation of the District's student achievement goals
- Meet and instruct assigned classes
- Use research-based instructional strategies to deliver instruction that meets themultiplelearning needs of all students
- Create a classroom environment that is conductive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interest of all students
- Encourage students to set and maintain standards of classroom behavior
- Strat I or Strat II Endorsement Preferred
