Call Center Agent- Job Description:
Respond to internet/phone inquiries from potential customers looking primarily for price, payment and availability information. Identify their needs, answer their questions and assist them to the best of your ability. Schedule appointments for those customers to visit our dealership and complete the purchase process.
Call Center Agent- Job Requirements:
Automotive experience is preferred but not necessary.
Must like being part of a team
Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice
Good time management skills and able to work independently
Not be afraid of the word 'No'
