We are on the lookout for a meticulous and diligent Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the Financial Services sector. This role is based in Hiawatha, Iowa, and offers remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cataloging financial statements, collecting relevant documents, and ensuring the accuracy of data entry in our proprietary system. Responsibilities:

• Cataloging added financial statements into our proprietary database accurately and efficiently.

• Collecting necessary documents from multiple sources and ensuring their accuracy.

• Identifying and contacting relevant entities for required documents.

• Ensuring data accuracy

• Collaborating with teams and team leads to streamline operations and maintain data integrity.

• Resolving any issues or discrepancies in customer credit accounts promptly and professionally.

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action

Requirements

• Experience with High-Volume Data Entry

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Strong communication skills

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on data

• Willingness to continually learn and adapt in a changing industry

• High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is a plus

• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
