Job Summary
Crystal Group is seeking an experienced ERP Application Developer to manage, maintain, and build applications within the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This involves configuring data input, file/database structures, reports, and procedures to ensure optimal reliability, performance, and business support. The ERP Developer will leverage multiple technologies, combining expertise in Epicor's ERP Application customization tools and .NET web development technologies to extend the ERP system.
A core responsibility of this role is leveraging ERP tools to create customizations, tools, and reports that directly enhance business processes. This work centers on analyzing stakeholder requirements and business needs to develop and implement effective supporting applications. A commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality solutions is crucial.
Essential Functions
Ensures reliability and performance of the ERP system.
Advances and grows operations and processes using ERP.
Develops technical solutions to business problems and advance the company’s growth and improvement efforts.
Perform data validation and quality control checks to maximize operational performance.
Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of business requirements on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with stakeholders.
Recommends new features or changes to configuration / workflows based on user feedback.
Write, modify, and debug software for both internal and external applications.
Identify and correct application issues to maintain high availability of services.
Basic Qualification
Must be a US Person (US Citizen, person granted US Permanent Resident Card or any individual who is granted status as a "protected person”)
Associate of Science degree in software development, programming, or related field, or equivalent experience
Three to five years performing full stack development and testing with object-oriented programming languages
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- includes physical requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) and related tools (SSRS, SSMS).
Proficiency in C#. Experience with ASP.NET Webforms/MVC is a plus.
Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML5. CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
Experience in Epicor ERP or similar system is a plus.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and adaptability.
Works well independently and collaboratively.
Demonstrated proficiency with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, and business process mapping is a plus.
