SCHEDULE: Full-time ; Monday through Friday (8:00 am – 4:30 pm), average of 40 hours a week. Possible overtime during busy season

This position's primary responsibilities will be to assist with validation of Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) data. Data integrity is critical to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements
HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act): (90%)
Review HMDA data for real estate loans, mobile home loans and home improvement loan applications that are originated, withdrawn and denied to ensure data is accurate.
Assist with data checks to ensure all reportable files are included on the HMDA LAR within 30 days after the end of the quarter.
Log data errors to help track data collection issues.
Help answer questions from lenders, loan processing, loan servicing and credit department regarding HMDA.
Maintain knowledge and comply with current federal and state compliance laws and regulations to assure accurate and compliant HMDA reporting.
CRA (Community Reinvestment Act): (5%)
CRA Data Collection: This position will be cross-trained to help with the collection and reporting of CRA information as needed.
Other : (5%)
As part of the overall team of bank employees, this position may be requested to assist in the support of other bank activities.
EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
1-2 years related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes computer skills, communications skills, as well as utilization of office equipment.
