AVENTURE STAFFING Hatchery Laborer in Humboldt, Iowa
Hatchery Laborer | $14.50/hr Starting Pay
Multiple Shifts / Schedules Available
A local production company inthe Algona, IA area is hiring reliable and self-motivated Hatchery Laborers to join their team! There are multiple shifts and positions available, part-time and full-timeand all positions pay $14.50/hr starting pay! The ideal candidate possesses great communication skills and the ability to self-motivate.Individuals with prior production experience are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Transfer and process eggs from boxes onto trays
- Load trays onto carts
- Check eggs for imperfections
- Regular inspection of eggs/chicks while incubating
- Transfer baby chicks and prepare for shipment
- Regular sanitation
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs frequently
- Ability to lift approx. 13 to 30lbs over the shoulders/head repeatedly
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
