Aventure Staffing Machinist in Humboldt, Iowa
$15+/hr DOE, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, Advancement Opportunities May Be Available!
A local manufacturing company in Humboldt, IA is in need of Machinist to fill this position! This position offers a great work schedule with day shift hours! The ideal candidate possesses the skills to interact with others professionally to resolve quality issues, possesses great time management and organization skills and has the drive to create great quality product! Those who have experience working with lathe, mills and machine operation are encouraged to apply!
Machinist Responsibilities:
Work efficiently as a productive team member while producing quality work in each and every order
Comply with and promote company practices in the areas of (Safety, Quality, Efficiently, Cost and Team)
Implement repair/containment procedures for repetitive quality defects
Communicate efficiently with team members and management
What You'll Get as a Machinist:
Starting Pay: $15+/hr DOE ($600+ each week!*)
Paid Every Friday!

Machinist Requirements:
Experience with lathe, mills and hand tools
The ability to operate machinery and hand tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Possess time management and basic computer skills
Prior CNC machining experience is required
