Summary
Under the direction of the Administrator:
Oversees the services of the ABCM Healthy Living Home Care program to ensure clients are served in a caring, efficient, and timely manner
Serves as a liaison between the community, referral sources, families, and the care center team, in assessing service needs for companionship and home care
Recruits, hires, trains, orientates, and schedules ABCM Healthy Living Home Care team members
Qualifications / Requirements
Associate degree with experience in business, sales / marketing, human resources, or other work-related field preferred; scheduling experience strongly desired
Must have outstanding customer service and communication skills
Successful completion of the ABCM Healthy Living Home Care training program
Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable

Job Type: Part-Time
Shift: Day Shift, Flex Scheduling
Wage Range*: $20.00/hr-$22.50/hr, Negotiable (DOE)
Weekend Differential: $1.00/hr
Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.15/per year, up to ten (10) years
