We Are looking for anInformation Technology Coordinatorfor our Indianola location.
This position is responsible for collaborating with the Information Security Program vendor to oversee the management of information and risks while also ensuring the program adheres to regulatory guidelines. The position also assists the IT Officer to monitor potential internal and external threats to the bank's information systems and recommends actions to the IT vendor to protect the security of the bank. It will ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information, as well as minimizing the bank's risk exposure by monitoring staff compliance with established IT policies and procedures, internal controls, and legal and regulatory guidelines. The position will assist in coordinating for IT related state and federal bank regulatory examinations and internal audit examinations. The position will also aid in the research and implementation of projects for the bank, collaborate and monitor support cases submitted to the bank's IT vendor, and support the overall configuration of workstations, hardware, and end user training to maintain effective and efficient operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required. Prefer technical knowledge of or experience with: Information Security, data flow, Cyber Security, LANS/WANS, Windows Server Environment. Knowledge and experience with various core banking systems and related banking software and processes preferred. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be able to lead and function as a member of a team. Must have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
SCHEDULE:
A regular working shift will vary between the hours of 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Monday thru Friday and occasional Saturdays or other hours.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation Range (compensatory based on previousbankingexperience): Pay range $22.28- $26.00/hr.
