• Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with benefits and hourly wages ranging from $22 - $31 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for, under the direction of the supervisor, for the overall maintenance of the building. This maintenance services schedule includes;

• 50 hours every two weeks

• Part time, day shift

• No weekends

• Performs routine maintenance duties (work orders, inspections, and preventative maintenance)

• Performs general repairs (appliance, plumbing, custodial, grounds)

• Performs other duties as assigned and directed

Required:

• Current Driver’s License (in good standing)

• One to three years of previous experience

• Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred:

• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related

• Bobcat operator Certification with Current Driver’s License (in good standing)

• Three to five years of previous experience
