Ebenezer Maintenance Technician in Indianola, Iowa
Overview
- Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with benefits and hourly wages ranging from $22 - $31 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for, under the direction of the supervisor, for the overall maintenance of the building. This maintenance services schedule includes;
50 hours every two weeks
Part time, day shift
No weekends

Responsibilities/Job Description
Performs routine maintenance duties (work orders, inspections, and preventative maintenance)
Performs general repairs (appliance, plumbing, custodial, grounds)
Performs other duties as assigned and directed
Qualifications
Required:
Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
One to three years of previous experience
Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferred:
Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related
Bobcat operator Certification with Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
Three to five years of previous experience
