PEOPLES SAVINGS BANK Retail Banking Trainer in Indianola, Iowa
We Are looking for aRetail Banking Trainerfor our Indianola location.
The position is responsible for designing, updating, and implementing a training program for the retail banking staff to ensure team members develop and maintain the required job skills to foster an environment of educational growth. This position will travel to all our branch locations to train the retail banking team and standardize the retail banking processes for all branches. As well as become a subject matter expert on the latest retail banking products, services, policies, procedures, and industry trends to integrate relevant information into training modules and present to the retail banking team along with educating the retail banking team on banking regulations, compliance requirements and ethical practices maintaining a high standard of integrity in their interactions with customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree (preferable in business, finance or education) or equivalent retail banking experience and two years New Account experience required. Experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Publisher, and other business/educational software preferred. Experience with training, developing training syllabus and curriculum helpful. Must have excellent communication skills including verbal, written, listening, communication etiquette, and an outwardly positive, helpful, and professional attitude. Must have the ability to educate others in group and/or one-on-one setting. Must have the ability to work in a team oriented and fast paced environment. Must have excellent problem-solving skills, computer skills, and ability to multitask.
SCHEDULE:
A regular working shift is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday and a Saturday Rotation from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation Range (compensatory based on previousbankingexperience): Pay range $21.22 - $24.40/hr.
