Persons appointed to this position will receive the privileges and benefits associated with regular employment status.Duties:The College of Liberal Arts & Sciences (CLAS), Office of the Dean, has an Administrative Services Coordinator position available. This person will plan, organize, coordinate and perform administrative support activities for the Associate Dean for Outreach and Engagement. Administrative responsibilities of this position require discretion, confidentiality and independent judgment. Key duties include:Manage schedule for Associate Dean for Outreach and Engagement including confidential meetings which are complex in nature, requiring coordination and discretion of calendar activities and prioritization of appointments. Serve as back-up scheduler for the Dean and Associate Deans.Assist with organization of major events and workshops.Assist and direct unit constituents in person, on the phone, and via email.
