Persons appointed to this position will receive the privileges and benefits associated with regular employment status.Duties:The Division of Performing Arts at the University of Iowa is seeking a full-time Video Coordinaator, who will supervise and facilitate the implementation of lighting and special effects technologies for Division of Performing Arts productions. May require evening, weekend and overtime work.Key Job Duties:Optimize Sound and Lighting during and post Production: Supervise sound and video for performing arts productions. Set up, record, mix, master events.Equipment Management: Advise on equipment requirements or upgrades.Human Resource Management: May supervise performance run crews and/or direct the pre-hang, load-in, set up, load-out and restore of facility. May supervise union stage crew.
