Job Title: Carpenter Foreman

Job Description

Carpenter will be working on commercial and multi-family projects in the IC/CR corridor. The bulk of their work consists of finish carpentry, casework, hanging doors and windows, framing walls and structures, and some drywall.

Starting projects include:

• New warehouse build south of the IC airport

• Hotel in CR

• 2 housing developments (1 in North Liberty, 1 in Coralville)

• Church addition in Tiffin around 20 million

Skills/Requirements

• Finish Carpentry experience

• 2+ years Commercial or Residential Construction

• Proficient in hanging doors and windows

• Proficient in framing walls

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in Iowa City, Iowa. Mixed use and multi-family commercial construction projects. Typically several subcontractors with 20-30 people on site; however, the team will be smaller around 4-5 people.

Hours:

Monday-Friday

7a-4p

Dress code: jeans, work jeans, and boots. PPE provided: hard hat, safety vest, and glasses.
