One permanent full time position available Wage: $62,566.40 - $78,457.60 (starting wage contingent upon experience) Hours: 40 hours per week; includes some evening, weekend and holiday hours
Job summary: Under general direction, uses a variety of law enforcement related data, including computer-aided dispatch, police reports, and mapping to identify trends to address current issues relating to policing.
Minimum qualifications: Associate of Arts degree from an accredited educational institution and one year of experience, and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a field involving research and analytics. National Crime Information Center Certification within six months. Must pass a criminal background check.
Preferred qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited educational institution in Criminal Justice, Law enforcement, or a related field. Understanding of records management systems and computer-aided dispatch. Experience with intelligence analysis and dissemination, statistical analysis, and geographic information systems.
