This Clinical pharmacy practice program offers patient-care-unit based multi-disciplinary practice opportunities in pediatrics, transplant, oncology, neurology, internal medicine, critical care and other specialties. Clinical pharmacists provide pharmaceutical care services, including drug therapy review, pharmacokinetic dosing, anticoagulant monitoring, provision of drug information services and continuity of care activities such as admission and discharge medication reconciliation, beside counseling/patient teaching as well as teaching PGY1/PGY2 residents and Pharm.
