One permanent full time position available Wage: $62,566.40 - $78,457.60 (starting wage contingent upon experience) Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, some evenings and weekends required
Job summary Supports community relations and engagement for the Office of Equity and Human Rights as it relates to racial equity, social justice, and human rights. Coordinates awareness, education, and marketing efforts for the Office. Ensures alignment of office goals and objectives by facilitating meaningful engagement with diverse populations and supports collaborative implementation of special projects and programs.
Minimum Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure, Other Associates degree from an accredited educational institution and one year of related experience; or three years of related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in working with diverse populations. Valid State of Iowa drivers license with satisfactory driving record. Must be 18 years of age. Must pass criminal background check.
Preferred Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure, Other Bachelors degree from an accredited educational institution; or four years of related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual speaking ability.
