Description

We have a need for a contract PC Technician to help repair Chromebook and Apple Devices. This is an onsite position located in Iowa City, Iowa. The majority of your time will be spent working on hardware troubleshooting, taking apart machines, repairs, etc. Primary equipment will be Chromebooks, also a decent amount of MacBooks/Apple Products.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to Chromebook and Apple devices.

• Handle hardware issues, including broken screens, keyboards, cracked cases,

physical components, resetting devices.

• Utilize your skills in Computer Hardware to ensure all systems are functioning

optimally.

Requirements

• Proficiency in fixing devices and troubleshooting Computer Hardware

• Experience with Chromebook and/or Apple devices is strongly preferred

• Experience working in a professional IT position handling tickets

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical hardware issues
