Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk operations and ensure smooth functioning

• Answer incoming calls, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments

• Maintain a professional business environment at the front desk

• Utilize a vertical phone system and be comfortable with paging over the intercom

• Use basic MS Office software for various administrative tasks

• Exhibit clear and concise listening skills for effective communication

• Transfer calls to the appropriate department or personnel

• Maintain a business casual dress code and adhere to the company's dress code policy

• Manage onsite parking arrangements for staff and visitors

• Carry out duties of a Part-Time Receptionist, including direct-customer-facing and other receptionist duties.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to handle Receptionist Duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

• Proven experience in a Direct-Customer-Facing role, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with professionalism and calm.

• Proficiency in using basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.

• High school diploma or equivalent education level.

• Ability to work flexible hours as required by the role
