Duties for this position may include general tasks in the production area such as boxing, filling, labeling, and cleaning. This position must follow standard processes, and practice safe work habits to ensure that production is as efficient and safe as possible. Direct Hire positions available! - Able to work in all areas of production
- Case and palletize finished product for inventory
- Assist with material handling, bottling, packaging, labeling, and blending equipment
- Complete necessary documentation, including worksheets and computerized tracking systems
- Verify product and supplies are accurate
- Use assembly, packaging, and measuring tools
- Perform special packaging projects as scheduled
- Work with other departments to resolve problems as they arise
- Sample product for quality control checks
- Inspect materials and supplies for defects and report defective materials to supervisor
- Follow safety, sanitation, production, quality and food safety procedures
- Work safely at all times, follows safety rules and policies and participates in scheduled training
- Follow all good manufacturing practices - follow all safety rules including use of PPE
Skill Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, and reach for 8 hours
Lift / move 10 - 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds occasionally
Preform basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
