Administrative Office Coordinator
Must live in the state of Iowa
Do you have experience in Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, or HR related functions and want to work for a company that positively impacts the lives of the many individuals it serves? In the Office Coordinator role, you will contribute to the company’s commitment to serve others by ensuring an efficient process and creating a positive candidate/new hire experience.
Communicate required next steps with candidates and forward offer letters to the candidates
Complete pre-employment requirements respective to operating group, state, and funding regulations
Work closely with Talent Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a quality candidate experience and onboarding process
Proactively seek to maintain candidate engagement throughout the process
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree strongly preferred
Minimum 1 year of related recruitment experience preferred
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
Experience with applicant tracking software and online recruitment strategies preferred
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with ability to quickly build rapport with others
