JESUP COMM SCHOOL DIST Assistant Coach Wrestling in Jesup, Iowa
Jesup Community School is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Wrestling Coach for the 2024-2025 School Year.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Athletic Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in coaching student athletes. This position will be working with the High School Wrestling team and coaching staff.
Responsibilities:
- Execute practices for and with the High School team.
- Collaborate with Head coach, staff and Athletic Director
- Coach and Supervise all home and away meets.
- Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages all athletes.
- Provide constructive feedback and support as needed.
- Follow all rules and guidelines pertaining to your sport and Jesup Comm. School
- Communicate as needed with parents/guardians to discuss program, schedule, rules and address any concerns.
