Job Title: Research Assistant - Laboratory TechnicianJob Description

Join our dynamic Discovery Assay and Screening (DAS) team, where you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing various assay platforms to identify and characterize hits, actives, leads, and construct performance. As a Research Assistant, you will perform general laboratory operations tasks and provide support with experimental execution under the guidance of laboratory and/or project leads. Your responsibilities will include maintaining laboratory facilities and equipment in line with laboratory standards, working with a variety of insect species at different life stages, assisting in plant assays including sampling, culture maintenance, and plant care, and utilizing lab instruments to analyze samples with precision and attention to detail.
