Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Johnston. The job function of this role involves answering multi-line phone systems, customer service duties, data entry, and email correspondence. As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and will assist our team in maintaining and organizing our customer database.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate staff, and ensuring efficient communication within the office.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting visitors, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

• Input, update, and maintain accurate customer data in the company's database.

• Manage email correspondence with customers, ensuring all communication is prompt, professional, and accurate.

• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to organize files and schedule appointments.

• Perform general receptionist duties including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area.

• Assist other departments with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist role or similar position

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience with answering multi-line phone systems

• Demonstrated customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
