Qualifications:
- Preferred, but not required: secondary teaching license
- Supervise students in the Alternative Classroom setting in the high school building.
- Assist students with navigating online course materials and assignments.
- Monitor student progress and provide support as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic success.
- Collaborate with parents, school staff and administration to address student needs and concerns.
- Uphold high expectations for student behavior and academic achievement.
- Implement strategies to motivate and engage at-risk students in their coursework.
- Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
