Wells Enterprises Manager of Technology - Hybrid in Le Mars, Iowa
Manages the planning, purchase, installation, support and troubleshooting of enterprise systems and related technology. Primary lead for the resolution of complex problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation requires in-depth evaluation and judgment. Provide organizational and leadership of assigned team and act as a technical advisor where necessary.
Provide direction, coordination, and monitoring of the IT infrastructure technology and supporting teams.
Develop technology plans to ensure that capacity and capability requirements for flexible and scalable systems.
Manage technology related systems to ensure high availability and disaster recovery of information systems.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend implementations to ensure appropriate business goals are achieved.
Manage large scale technology related projects through appropriate comparisons and cost analysis.
Create high performing team through appropriate coaching/feedback. Create training plans to ensure continued growth of team knowledge.
Strong working knowledge of the following:
Operating Systems – Windows 11, Microsoft Server 2019 and RedHat.
Virtualization – VMware vSphere, Hyper-V.
Storage Solutions – Pure.
Server Solutions - Cisco UCS Blade Server and Dell Servers.
Backup Solutions - Veeam.
