IKM Manning is seeking a passionate JH Volleyball Coach to join our team and lead training sessions for players of all skill levels. The ideal candidate will have experience in sports coaching and a strong background in physical education or related fields. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement training programs to enhance players' skills and performance - Organize practice sessions focusing on techniques, strategies, and teamwork - Provide constructive feedback to players to support their growth and development - Motivate and inspire players to achieve their full potential - Plan and coordinate team activities, games, and tournaments Experience: - Previous experience in sports coaching, particularly in volleyball - Knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and techniques - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and engage players - Experience in physical education, childcare, martial arts, gym instruction, or related fields is a plus - Certification or training in lifeguarding, karate, health club management, judo, or similar disciplines would be beneficial This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with dedicated athletes in a dynamic sports environment.
