Now Hiring Cleanroom Technicians/Machine Operators!

Job Description:

• You will be responsible for inspecting and preparing reels, boxes, and pallets for production operations. You will perform sanitation on equipment, infrastructure, and production areas while recording and maintaining accurate written and electronic information. You must understand and follow safety, GMP, food safety, and other rules or policies. Additionally, you will inspect infrastructure and equipment, notify management when maintenance is required, move and transport products and materials, and conduct positive interactions with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and prepare reels, boxes, pallets for production operations

• Perform sanitation on equipment, infrastructure, production area, and other assigned areas

• Record and maintain accurate written and electronic information

• Understand and follow safety, GMP, food safety, and other rules or policies

• Inspect infrastructure and equipment and notify management when maintenance is required

• Move/Transport product and materials by hand, cart, or lift as needed for various departments

• Conduct positive interactions with other departments

• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards

• Open bales, crates, and other containers

• Box, wrap, and pack product in accordance with procedures and standards

• Record all damaged items received

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times

• Stack finished goods on pallets and use machines to wrap finished pallets

• Perform required inspections of finished product

• Complete employee and vendor/supplier interactions with respect and integrity

• Daily usage of ERP system to move product/materials

• Train other employees based on acquired knowledge

• Support and follow company values

• Perform other duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred, or 6+ months experience

• Previous inventory, data entry, and computer skills

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years previous warehouse experience preferred
