Provide outstanding guest service to internal and external guests. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests. Accountable for an assigned cashier bank during their shift and must balance at the end of their shift. Execute monetary transactions for guests. Money handling accuracy. Accurately complete necessary paperwork associated with the position. Comply with all IRGC rules and regulations, as well as federal, state, and local guidelines. Assist guests with player's club accounts. QUALIFICATIONS Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, written and verbal communication skills. Requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license. Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members in the Company. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED equivalent. Must possess excellent guest service skills to effectively deal with guests.
