General Description:
Train personnel in performing operations according to sound operating principles and company policies and procedures.
Monitor employees daily; discuss and give performance feedback frequently.
Train personnel on completing necessary reports concerning condition and quality of products, packaging, and facilities.
Stimulate maximum safety, efficiency, and productivity of production workers; ensure proper training of employees.
Attend meetings as scheduled or as called.
Perform various other functions as needed or as assigned.
Required skills:
Be able to communicate in English (written and verbally)
Bi-lingual preferred
Basic computer knowledge
Self-starter and ability to manage time independently
Be a quick learner
