Located in our Mason City, Iowa facility. This facility mixes custom rubber compounds and supplies these materials to all of our domestic and international facilities, as well as other external organizations.

We are looking for dependable, dedicated, and self-motivated person(s) that want to grow and develop within our organization. Starting as a Production employee with the potential to learn the necessary processes and procedures to take on more responsibility. We believe in training and developing so you can continue to grow your career as your knowledge of our equipment expands and openings occur.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operates batch-off and cutter equipment
Responsible for packaging material to be shipped
Operation of extruder equipment
Responsible for safe work activities at all times
Responsible for keeping work area clean and safe
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Must possess or be willing & able to learn):
Ability to listen, coach, mentor and provide verbal direction to team members.
Attention to detail , accuracy is key.
Good interpersonal, organizational, communication and mechanical skills required.
Must be self-motivated and possess both cognitive and reasoning skills.
Ability to interact with both management and hourly production staff.
Desire to potentially move into greater areas of responsibility in the future.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma - Preferred
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

This is a unique 2nd Shift schedule, as you will still have weekends off, along with an early-off shift on Fridays. Monday - Thursday - 12 (noon) - 8:15pm Friday - 7am - 3:15pm
