As a Financial Analyst, you will provide multifaceted research, financial and business-related analysis, and aid in the month-end close process. You will be a part of a dynamic and energetic workplace where you will be supported as you build your career.

**Some of the essential aspects of the position include:__

  • Drives projects/initiatives related to continuous improvement activities across finance/accounting function.
  • Partners with diverse internal/external customer base.
  • Builds models to ensure accurate and timely financial analysis.
  • Integrates assigned process initiatives to ensure flawless execution.
  • Analyzes data/trends/economical indices, and identifies opportunities for improved growth/profitability and develops business case to support conclusion.
  • Ensures the accurate completion and distribution of necessary weekly, monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc reports.
  • Drives alignment of broader financial initiatives with respective stakeholder groups.
  • Participates in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization. What it takes:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 1-3 years of progressive finance/accounting or equivalent quantitative analysis experience
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels of management
