Skilled Maintenance Technicians Needed In Muscatine

Looking for Mechanical AND/OR Electrical Experience

$25 - $35 Based On Experience

Full Time, Long Term Opportunity

Daily duties will consist of responding to work orders to troubleshoot and repair equipment, and completed all scheduled preventative maintenance. All techs will be working off prints and schematics, and need a working knowledge of most hand and power tools. Experience using any specialized hydraulic, electric, or pneumatic tools, or precision measurement tools is a plus.

Mechanical Duties:

• Preventative and reactive maintenance on components of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Troubleshooting, repairing processing equipment and machinery

• such as conveyors, motors, gearboxes, fans, centrifuges, valves, elevators

• Disassemble and reassemble machinery, replacing or repairing parts or components

Electrical Duties:

• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, electrical panels, electric motors

• Install new equipment following electrical schematics and prints

• Design and build basic electrical circuits (start/stop, motor control)

• PM and calibrations to all electrical, instrumentation, and process equipment

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience - in a mechanical OR electrical

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation

• Comfortable following blueprints/schematics

• Ability to stand, walk, crouch, kneel, bend for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift 50lbs without assistance

• Troubleshooting experience
