Description

We are seeking a dynamic SR Manager - SCRUM Master to join a global company with strong reputation and history of leading their industry. You will be critical in introducing and improving Agile process tools within the product development. This role includes working closely with product development, project management, and leading the process enhancement team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating Agile methodologies in our product development organization.

• Guiding and coaching teams in using SCRUM framework and Agile methodology.

• Facilitating SCRUM ceremonies and ensuring their successful execution.

• Identifying potential risks and implementing effective solutions.

• Adhering to budgetary guidelines, tracking progress, and alerting the team of any concerns.

• Collaborating with project managers and the product development team to maintain project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Certification in Agile methodologies like Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) or Professional SCRUM Master (PSM).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
