Our Client is searching for a Human Resources Manager to join their team! Are you an adaptable leader with 5-10 years of experience in the Human Resources field? This opportunity is located in Nevada, Iowa, and is a full time and direct hire opportunity.

• Responsible for all human resources functions. Develops the human resources department goals, objectives, and procedures

• Leads compliance with all existing government and labor legal reporting requirements and is responsible for the preparation of information requested or required for compliance with laws.

• Consults with legal counsel as appropriate, or as directed by administration, on personnel

matters.

• Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures of the organization. Develops strategic recruitment and employment programs to attract the best qualified candidates to the organization.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or related field.

 The successful candidate will have at least 5-7 years of Human Resources management

experience with experience in healthcare preferred.

 Professional in Human Resources or Senior Professional in Human Resources certification

preferred.

 Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning,

organization development, employee relations, and training and development.

 Above average oral and written communication skills.

 Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
