A healthcare company in Newton is looking for entry level customer service reps to join their healthcare call center

Description:

• Inbound and outbound calls with patients

• Create orders and schedule patients to receive equipment as ordered by care professional

• Provide excellent customer service

• Educate patients on financial responsibility when applicable

Location:

• Newton, IA

Shift:

• Monday to Friday

• 8 hour shift from 7am to 6pm

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

• 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, restaurant are acceptable)

• Experience with Microsoft Office

Preferred not required:

• Experience in a health care role

• Experience taking inbound calls

• Candidates CNA experience and good medical terminology

Work Environment:

• This will be an onsite position for 90 days minimum. The candidates will have the option of going remote after 90 days IF they are performing at a high level and approved by the supervisors
