Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance and electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs to production and mechanical equipment, machinery, and components.

Responsibilities:

• Use blueprints, schematics, small/power tools, and electronic test equipment to perform a variety of maintenance tasks.

• Determine causes of operating problems in areas including but not limited to plumbing, electrical systems/components, HVAC, carpentry, electrical fixtures/switches/power sources, and mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic industrial equipment.

• Perform basic preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on production equipment such as motors, conveyors, pumps, paint equipment, material handling equipment, gearboxes, overhead cranes, and other mechanical components.

• Electrical troubleshooting, wiring, and repairs on equipment that is single phase 240v to 3-phase 480v.

• Tack weld (stick or MIG) for minor repairs as needed.

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair PLC’s, VFD’s (Variable Frequency Drives), AMU’s, CPU’s, etc.
