OABCIG is looking for K- 8 Vocal Music teacher for the Odebolt building. General Job Description: In accordance with district policies and procedures, the Elementary and Middle School Vocal Music Teacher is responsible for the overall implementation of the vocal music program for grades Kindergarten through 8th grade. To teach general music classes to children, provide basic music instruction for a variety of music styles, introduce simple music concepts, such as beat, rhythm, and pitch, as well as teach them how to read musical notes and symbols. Prepare students for musical performances to present to their families and the public.
