Ogden High School is looking for a passionate and dedicated STEM teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of science, technology, engineering, and math, and be able to communicate these subjects in a clear and engaging way.As a STEM teacher atOHS, you will have the opportunity to teach students critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and creativity. You will also help students see how science, technology, engineering, and math can be used to solve real-world problems.
Responsibilities: *Teach middle school exploratory and high school STEM courses (e.g. Design and Build, Engineering, Robotics) *Develop and implement lesson plans that are aligned with the school's curriculum and state standards *Create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students *Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners *Assess student progress and provide feedback *Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the success of all students
