School Age Program Director
Reports To:
Principal or Designee
Preparation, Experience, Skills:
- Teaching license, substitute authorization, or ability to earn substitute authorization before August 23, 2024
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in after school programming.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain required clearances.
Salary:
Negotiable based on qualifications
Principal Duties:
Supports the districts mission, vision, priorities and outcomes through work with students, staff, and parents.
Coordinates School Age Program Dates with:
- Administration
- Students
- Parents
- Food Service
- Transportation
Plans, prepares, and executes School Age Program Dates throughout the school year
Develop and implement a comprehensive after school program curriculum that promotes academic enrichment, social development, and physical activity.
