The University of Nebraska at Omaha is seeking aFood Services ManagerFood ServicesManager of Food Services oversees the entire Food Service operation for the University of Nebraska at Omaha with the exception of Scott Cafi and Scott Catering properties. Supervise full-time staff, part-time staff and student workers. Maintain accurate records on food costs, labor costs, food pricing, etc. Responsible for working with Director of Auxiliary Services on all budgeting for food services areas. Supervise ordering, food preparation in kitchen and serving procedures in all food service venues. Responsible for oversight of all catering functions. Oversee hiring and training of all new employees, maintain personnel records and oversee payroll. Maintain positive relationship with all third party vendorRequired Qualifications:3 yearsi experience in a successful, large scale or college/university or similar food service operation. 3 yearsi experience in a responsible supervisory and management capacity.
