Aventure Staffing Office Administrator in Orange City, Iowa
Office Administrator
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

As an Office Administrator you will provide administrative support and work with a team of professionals who provide top-notch service and are committed to providing a people-centered experience in Orange City, IA. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:
Answering phones, directing calls, answering questions
Data entry, processing urgent information, mail, scanning, printing,
Managing/organizing databases
Manage supplies
Coordinates pickups and deliveries
Search and file stored information
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Exceptional communication skills (writing and verbal)
Efficient computer skills
Former office experience
