MITCHELL COUNTY REGIONAL HEALTH CT Executive Assistant in Osage, Iowa
About The Job:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing direct administrative support to the CEO, CFO and CNO. Serves as Contract Coordinator and is responsible for overall coordination of the Board Meetings. Provides clerical support for Organizational Excellence.

Days:Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00

What We Need from You:
- Performs a variety of typing assignments, including highly confidential and sensitive material.
- Serves as office coordinator: schedules group meetings/appointments, routes mail, handles incoming phone calls, order supplies and coordinates repair of administrative office equipment.
- Schedules and maintains calendars for meeting rooms.
- Serve as reference person for LCD projector and Laptops.
- Makes travel arrangements and register staff for conferences.
- Coordinate each department's scheduled review of policy and procedures, bringing them to CAH, Med Staff, and Board for approval. Serves as Admin User for Policy Stat.
- Attends Board meetings and board subcommittees and/or develops agendas, and/or prepares minutes/outcomes.
- Prepares and sends out board packets according to Iowa Code for public meetings.
- Attends other meetings as assigned and/or develops agendas, prepares minutes or other documents as support staff. (ie: Infection Prevention, Safety, Compliance, and Leadership Meetings).
Qualifications
- Education: Must have High School diploma or equivalent. Post high school education strongly preferred.
- Experience: Previous administrative experience in health care setting strongly preferred.
- Special Skills and Aptitudes: Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.

Who We Are:
Mitchell County Regional Health Center is in Osage, Iowa located in Mitchell County, which has a population of 10,600 people. MCRHC is a 25-bed critical access hospital, including a Level 4 Trauma Center Emergency Room seeing 3,200 visits annually. The Surgical Services department performs over 1,300 procedures annually, including specialties General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain management, and Podiatry.
