Affinity Gaming Security Dispatcher in Osceola, Iowa

Our Security Dispatchers are responsible for all emergency and non-emergency radio and telecommunications within the property.
Expected Contributions Include:
Knowledge of all Security Officer responsibilities.
Ability to adhere to and follow sensitive key detector alarm procedures.
Ability to adhere to and follow the gaming panic alarm procedure.
Ability to adhere to and follow all portable and base radio use procedures.
Ability to learn, understand and use 10-codes.
Monitors access to and maintains inventory of all radios and accessories.
Responsible for managing visitor, employee and vendor passes.
Responsible for distributing payroll checks through the dispatch office.
Receives and records casino activity to include patron count and team member attendance.
Must be able to maintain confidentially of information received.
Must maintain and foster positive working relationships
Ensure proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards are followed.
Attend all company required training.
Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license.
Adhere to all safety guidelines.
Must meet company attendance requirements.
Must be able to obtain and maintain and Iowa Gaming License.
