Aston Carter Client Coordinator in Ottumwa, Iowa

Description:

PART TIME HOURS for a Donor Scheduler!! Great opportunity for those looking at making additional compensation in a data entry role!

  • Data entry and working with computers-entering schedules into day force and doing tracking for IA/IL employees

  • Performing employee schedule audits to make sure they capture employee changes and PTO/sick days

  • Phlebotomy location scheduling, about 300 people

  • Tracking and maintenance of locations and making sure holes get filled

  • Telephoning prospective donors from established call lists/files, scheduling donation appointments and maintain accurate donor records

  • Interact in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused manner with donors

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications - Must

  • 6+ months of Customer Service/Data Entry but are open to experience

  • Hiring manager will want someone with work history where he can see the candidates have good computer skills.

  • Possibly worked somewhere answering phones/making calls as well.

Qualifications - Preferred

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Physical requirements include the ability to sit for long periods of time.

  • Must be able use a computer terminal and work with several computer programs.
