Job Title: Design EngineerJob Description

Are you an innovative thinker with a knack for problem-solving? We're seeking a Design Engineer to join our dynamic new product development team. You'll have the opportunity to work with several new product teams to create design, bill of materials, testing, and timeline for innovative products in the off highway equipment industry. This role involves troubleshooting any issues throughout the design process and testing design changes in the shop. You'll also analyze data to develop changes and new designs, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Pella, Iowa.

Work Environment

Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, 6:30AM to 3:30PM, with flexibility as required. You will occasionally be required to work out on the shop floor, allowing you to be in the heart of the action.
