Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Whiz - Harmonize business goals, customer requirements with technical digital development plans while identifying the latest tech to accelerate growth!

  • Project Maestro - Lead the software development lifecycle (SDLC) guaranteeing prompt, in-scale, budgeted results.

  • Technical Paragon - Guide the team technically and ensure coding, architectural, and security standards.

  • Collaboration Czar - Ensure seamless communication between the development team and stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

  • Education & Expertise - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; 8+ years in software development and 5+ years in a leadership role.

  • Technological Prowess - Mastery in programming languages, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum), and DevOps tools and practices.

  • Leadership Pizzazz - Ability to lead and motivate, solve problems, and communicate effectively.

    Additional Proficiencies (Bonus but not mandatory!) - Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning technologies, and cybersecurity best practices. Requirements • Proven expertise in Cloud Technologies, including practical experience with cloud-based software development.

• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure, is essential.

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Demonstrated knowledge of industry Best Practices in software development.

• Experience in Change Management processes, particularly in the context of IT software development.

• Solid Coding skills, with a focus on developing, testing, and debugging software.

• Familiarity with mobile technologies and their integration into software solutions.

• Experience in e-Commerce Application development, with a focus on enhancing user experience and transaction security.
