Are you the type of person who enjoys working in the HVAC trades? In this role you will perform duties with occasional guidance from more experienced team members in trouble shooting, installation and maintenance of HVAC or electrical systems. We’re looking for individuals who have experience in the HVAC fields.

What You’ll Do

  1. Perform preventive maintenance of HVAC Equipment.

  2. Perform basic repairs/troubleshooting of HVAC systems.

  3. Assist in installation of HVAC systems.

  4. Learn advanced code, design, and calculations of HVAC systems through on the job training or classroom instruction.

  5. Work to maintain/document efficiency of HVAC equipment.

  6. Document maintenance repairs in the project management schedule.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required with minimum three years previous HVAC experience preferred.

    • Ability to understand and perform basic electrical, mechanical tasks with limited supervision.

    • Previous experience in the trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical.

    • HVAC apprenticeship preferred.

Work Location

ONSITE: A team member’s day-to-day work is best done on a Vermeer campus. If work content can be occasionally completed at an offsite location, discuss potential arrangements with your manager.
