Our ideal candidate for the Warehouse Service Coordinator position will have experience working in a warehouse environment and possess a working knowledge of warehouse procedures. In addition, we are looking for our Warehouse Service Coordinator to have a high school diploma or equivalent as well as at least 1 year of warehouse and/or forklift experience. The equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable. The position will primarily be focused on the general storage and material handling duties related to the warehouse. If you are a dynamic individual looking to grow your career with an excellent company that rewards hard work and success, this is the ideal opportunity for you!Responsibilities:Follow warehouse operation procedures; verify shipments, maintain accurate records of all warehouse inventory and ensure adequate stock levelsRecord deliveries and maintaining inventory with computer systemLift, carry, maneuver and store equipmentOperating forklift to move merchandiseInspect physical condition of warehouse and equipmentInspect, configure and upgrade new and returned radio units for deploymentPrepare work orders and requisitions for equipment repair and replacementCoordinate the salvage of damaged or used assets and materialParticipate in the planning of personnel safety and asset protection activitiesPull merchandise from warehouse and preparing for deliveryEnsure all policies and guidelines are being followedObserve all safety and security proceduresCoordinate the field division's automotive fleet; assist with the purchase, maintenance and disposal of Company vehiclesAssist with monthly automotive fleet inventory auditsOther duties as assignedWork requires weekend and/or evening work and some travel may be requiredRequirementsOne (1) year in related warehouse operations or inventory role required; valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation to drive for business purposes requiredAbility to operate fork-lift and maintain certification requiredProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other job related software including inventory control software and CSG Systems softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to understand and communicate numerical dataCustomer service oriented with passion for high customer satisfaction and achieving operational excellence; ability to interact with all levels of staff including senior managementMust be able to demonstrate attention to accuracy on all duties and responsibilitiesAbility to analyze and define problems, prioritize work flow, multitask, meet deadlines and remain flexibleProven strength of following through on commitmentAbility to push, pull and lift materials up to 70 lbsAbility to maintain confidentialityMust comply with Company and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) established safety policies and requirementsElectronic Application Procedures: Rise Broadband only considers applicants that complete our electronic application through our career center.
